Question 1

How does the Hypertube service escrow work?

Accepted Answer

When you order a service on Hypertube, your payment is held securely in escrow. Funds are only released to the seller after the service is delivered and you confirm that you are satisfied with the result.

Question 2

What happens if the seller does not deliver on time?

Accepted Answer

Each service has a defined delivery period. If the seller fails to deliver within that period, you can open a dispute and request a refund. Hypertube's support team will review the case and release the escrowed funds back to the buyer if the seller is at fault.

Question 3

How is the service delivery period defined?

Accepted Answer

The delivery period is set by the seller and shown on the service page as the number of days to complete the order. The countdown starts from the moment the seller confirms the order after your payment is received in escrow.

Question 4

What is included in the price?

Accepted Answer

The price covers the full scope of work described in the service listing. Any additional requirements or revisions outside that scope may require a separate agreement with the seller before work begins.

Question 5

What if I am not satisfied with the delivered service?

Accepted Answer

If the delivered service does not match the agreed scope, do not confirm completion. Open a dispute and Hypertube will mediate between you and the seller. Escrow guarantees that you only pay for work that meets the agreed requirements.
