IMPORTANT: Hypertube.io acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, or guarantee the quality of any YouTube channels or services listed on our platform. All transactions occur directly between users.

2.1 YouTube Brand Account Transfers

YouTube channels listed on our platform are transferred through Google's official Brand Account system, which allows for the legal transfer of channel ownership. Our Service facilitates these legitimate transfers between parties.

2.2 Trademark Disclaimer

YouTube is a registered trademark of Google LLC. Hypertube.io is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by YouTube or Google LLC. All references to YouTube are for descriptive purposes only.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

All sellers are required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) through our third-party verification partner before being permitted to list channels for sale.

• Notifying us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account
• Not sharing your account credentials with any third party

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

6. Seller Obligations

If you list assets for sale, you agree to:

• Complete identity verification (KYC)
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about the channel or service
• Have full legal ownership and authority to sell the listed channel
• Ensure the channel does not violate YouTube's Terms of Service
• Disclose any known issues, violations, or limitations of the channel
• Not attempt to reclaim or access the channel after transfer is complete

7. Buyer Obligations

If you purchase assets on our platform, you agree to:

• Conduct due diligence before making a purchase
• Review all information provided by the seller carefully
• Complete payment as agreed upon with the seller
• Secure the channel immediately after transfer via Brand Account settings
• Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service when operating the channel
• Review our refund policy at hypertube.io/refund-policy before making a purchase

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policy is detailed at hypertube.io/refund-policy. By completing a transaction on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our refund policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

IMPORTANT:Hypertube.io does NOT guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or safety of any YouTube channels or services listed on our platform. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

You acknowledge that YouTube channels are subject to YouTube's policies and decisions. We have no control over YouTube's enforcement actions, including strikes, demonetization, or termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPERTUBE.IO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
